Mocha chocolate cheesecake

Ingredients:
1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust, 9
Inch
8 ozSemisweet Chocolate
24 ozCream Cheese -- softened
3/4 cupSugar
3 Eggs
3 tbspFlour
1 tbspInstant Coffee
1 tspVanilla
1 cupHeavy Cream
Procedures:
1Bake crust in bottom of springform pan 8-10 minutes at 350.
2Cool crust and grease sides of pan.
3preheat oven to 450.
4melt chocolate over low heat.
5Remove from heat and cool slightly.
6Cream cheese and sugar together until light and fluffy.
7Beat in eggs and flour.
8Dissolve coffee in 2 tablespoons hot water.
9Add the coffee, melted chocolate, vanilla and cream to the cheese mixture and beat until thoroughly blended.
10Pour mixture over crust.
11Bake for 12 minutes, turn oven down to 300 and bake for one hour.
12Turn off the heat, crack the door open and leave the cake in the oven for another hour.
13Remove from oven and cool.
