Ingredients:

| oz | Semisweet Chocolate | | 24
| oz | Cream Cheese -- softened | | 3/4
| cup | Sugar | | 3
| | Eggs | | 3
| tbsp | Flour | | 1
| tbsp | Instant Coffee | | 1
| tsp | Vanilla | | 1
| cup | Heavy Cream |

Procedures:
| 1 | Bake crust in bottom of springform pan 8-10 minutes at 350. | | 2 | Cool crust and grease sides of pan. | | 3 | preheat oven to 450. | | 4 | melt chocolate over low heat. | | 5 | Remove from heat and cool slightly. | | 6 | Cream cheese and sugar together until light and fluffy. | | 7 | Beat in eggs and flour. | | 8 | Dissolve coffee in 2 tablespoons hot water. | | 9 | Add the coffee, melted chocolate, vanilla and cream to the cheese mixture and beat until thoroughly blended. | | 10 | Pour mixture over crust. | | 11 | Bake for 12 minutes, turn oven down to 300 and bake for one hour. | | 12 | Turn off the heat, crack the door open and leave the cake in the oven for another hour. | | 13 | Remove from oven and cool. | | 14 | recipe by : |
