| oz | Cream cheese, room temp | | 1 1/2
| cup | Sugar, divided | | 2
| tbsp | Flour | | 4
| | Eggs, room temp. | | 3
| | Egg yolks, room temp. | | 1/3
| cup | Whipping cream | | 2
| tsp | Vanilla, divided | | 1 3/4
| cup | Oreos, crushed , about 15 ea | | 2
| cup | Sour cream |

Procedures:
| 1 | Crust: process oreos and butter in food processor, press into springfoam pan. | | 2 | (no size stated). | | 3 | Filling: beat cream cheese; add 1 ?c sugar, beat 3 minutes. | | 4 | Mix in flour. | | 5 | While beating, add eggs and yolks, mixing until smooth. | | 6 | Beat in whipping cream and 1 t vanilla. | | 7 | Pour ?into crust. | | 8 | Sprinkle oreos; add all remaining ingredients for filling. | | 9 | Place pan in 425°F oven for 15 minutes. | | 10 | Reduce heat to 225°F and bake for 50 minutes. | | 11 | Remove from oven; turn oven temperature to 350°F. | | 12 | Stir sour cream, ?c sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla together, spread over cake, bake 7 minutes. | | 13 | Remove from oven; cool to room temperature in draft-free place. | | 14 | Cover and refrigerate overnight or up to 3 days.(ha!). | | 15 | Before serving, remove sides of pan. | | 16 | Serve chilled. |
