Ingredients:

| pack | (3 oz each) Vanilla Pudding | | | -(Not Instant) | | 1
| can | (20 oz) Sliced Peaches | | | -drained (reserve syrup) | | 16
| oz | Cream cheese | | 1
| cup | Sugar | | 6
| tbsp | Peach syrup | | 1
| tsp | Cinnamon | | 2
| tbsp | Sugar |

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine first 6 ingredients, and beat 2 minutes at medium speed. | | 2 | Pour into a greased and floured 9x13-inch pan. | | 3 | Arrange peaches over the top of batter. | | 4 | Combine cheese, sugar and peach syrup. | | 5 | Beat 2 minutes. | | 6 | Spoon over peaches. | | 7 | Mix cinnamon and sugar together, and sprinkle over the top. | | 8 | Bake at 350 °F for 30 to 35 minutes. | | 9 | Store in the refrigerator. |
