Ingredients:
| 1 1/4
| cup | Graham cracker crumbs | | 1/4
| cup | Sugar | | 1/3
| cup | Butter or margarine -- | | | Melted | | 1
| can | Sweetened condensed milk | | 3
| large | Eggs | | 1/4
| cup | Lemon juice | | 8
| oz | Sour cream -- room | | | Temperature | | 2
| | 8oz cream cheese-softened |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat oven to 300 degrees. | | 2 | Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine; press firmly on bottom of 9-inch spring form pan. | | 3 | In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. | | 4 | Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. | | 5 | Add eggs and lemon juice; mix well. | | 6 | Pour into prepared pan. | | 7 | Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until center is set; top with sour cream. | | 8 | Bake 5 minutes longer. | | 9 | Cool. | | 10 | Chill. | | 11 | Just before serving, remove side of springform pan. | | 12 | Top with strawberries. | | 13 | Refrigerate leftovers. | | 14 | recipe by : favorite brand name cookbook |
