| | Vanilla Beans | | 4
| oz | Jar Freeze Dried Coffee | | 2/5
| liter | Bourbon |

Procedures:
| 1 | Mix sugar with 6 cups water; bring to a boil. | | 2 | Boil for 6 minutes; divide into 2 parts. | | 3 | Chop vanilla beans into small pieces; add to 1 part sugar syrup with coffee. | | 4 | Add bourbon to second half; stir well. | | 5 | Combine coffee mixture with bourbon mixture; blend well. | | 6 | Age for 6 weeks. | | 7 | Yields 1 gallon |
