The richest cheesecake

Ingredients:
2 cupFlour
1/2 cupConfectioners sugar
Zest of 1 lemon *
2 Egg yolks, slightly beaten
2 Sticks, unsalted butter
16 ozCream cheese
1 lbsCottage cheese, drained
2 cupConfectioners sugar 10X
1/4 cupFlour
1/4 tspSalt
6 largeEggs
2 tbspInstant coffee
2 tbspAmaretto liqueur
Procedures:
1In a large bowl, mix flour, ?cup confectioners sugar and zest.
2Add yolks and butter, beat together.
3Form dough into two balls [ ?and ?] and chill for one hour.
4Pat large ball into a 9 inch springform pan to form crust which will come up the sides 2 inches.
5Beat cheeses until fluffy.
6Add 2 cups confectioners sugar, flour and salt.
7Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
8Stir coffee into amaretto to dissolve.
9Add to cheese mixture and mix well.
10Pour mixture into prepared pan.
11Bake in a preheated 275^ oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
12Towards end of baking time, roll out the remaining dough on a floured surface and cut into strips.
13Remove cake from oven, raise oven temperature to 350 degrees.
14Weave strips over surface of cake, cutting off excess dough.
15Press ends of strips with a spoon against the cake"s crust.
16Return to oven and bake 15 minutes longer.
17Cool in oven with door ajar for one to two hours.
18Refrigerate.
19Remove sides when completely cool.
20Dust with confectioners sugar.
