Homemade ginger ale

Ingredients:
2 tbspFresh ginger root
2 Lemon rinds
4 tbspHoney, to taste
1 cupBoiling water
1 quartSeltzer
Procedures:
1From "nancy clark"s sports nutrition cookbook," nancy clark.
2Leisure press, 1990, $13.9Put the ginger and lemon rinds in a small bowl with the honey.
3Pour in 1 cup boiling water (or just enough to cover).
4Let steep for five minutes.
5Strain and chill.
6When ready to serve, add the seltzer water.
7Makes 4 servings (10 ounces each).
