Ingredients:

| cup | Sugar | | 3
| tbsp | Instant coffee | | 1
| tbsp | Vanilla | | 2 1/2
| cup | Vodka |

Procedures:
| 1 | Bring water, sugar and coffee to a boil in a saucepan. | | 2 | Simmer very slowly for 3 hours. | | 3 | Mixture will be very dark and syrupy. | | 4 | Cool. | | 5 | Add vanilla and vodka. | | 6 | Makes 7 cups |
