Ingredients:

| lbs | Lean Pork butt | | 1/4
| tsp | Salt | | | Dash of pepper | | 1 1/4
| tbsp | Sugar | | 2
| tsp | Thin soy sauce | | 1
| tsp | Roasting salt | | 1 1/2
| tsp | Oyster Sauce | | 1 1/2
| tsp | Hoisin sauce | | 2
| tsp | White wine | | 1
| tbsp | Honey | | 1
| cup | Water (for roasting) |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cut meat into pieces approximately 5" x 2"x 1" Sprinkle meat with each of the remaining ingredients, except water, mix well, and marinate over night (or for at least 5 hours) in the refrigerator. | | 2 | Pre-heat oven at 375 degrees. | | 3 | In a roasting pan add 1 cup water. | | 4 | Place rack on top. | | 5 | Place pork on rack and roast for ?hour on each side. | | 6 | Total cooking time 1 hour. | | 7 | Baste 3 or 4 times. | | 8 | Do not cover. | | 9 | Note: barbecued pork can be frozen for 3 months or refrigerated for 1 week. |
