Ingredients:
2 tbspSugar
2 tbspVinegar
2 tbspWorcestershire sauce
1/4 cupChili sauce
6 sliceBacon, cooked and crumbled
2 tbspCooking oil
3 cupChopped bok choy
Procedures:
1Combine first five ingredients in a saucepan; simmer 5 minutes.
2Heat oil in a wok or large skillet.
3Add bok choy; stir fry until crisp tender.
4Place on serving dish; spoon hot sauce over.
