Homemade v8 juice

Ingredients:
15 lbsFully ripe tomatoes, chopped
2 cupCelery, chopped
3 largeOnions, chopped
3 Garlic cloves
-minced/mashed
1/4 cupSugar, or to taste
2 tbsp-Salt
3/4 tspPepper
2 tspPrepared horseradish
1/3 cupLemon juice
-Worcestershire to taste
Procedures:
1Over medium high heat bring the vegetables to a boil and boil gently for about 20 minutes.
2In a covered blender (food processor) and a portion at a time process until smooth.
3Strain and discard pulp.
4Add seasonings and bring to just under boiling if canning, or chill and freeze.
5Yield about 6 quarts.
