Ingredients:

| lbs | Fully ripe tomatoes, chopped | | 2
| cup | Celery, chopped | | 3
| large | Onions, chopped | | 3
| | Garlic cloves | | | -minced/mashed | | 1/4
| cup | Sugar, or to taste | | 2
| tbsp | -Salt | | 3/4
| tsp | Pepper | | 2
| tsp | Prepared horseradish | | 1/3
| cup | Lemon juice | | | -Worcestershire to taste |

Procedures:
| 1 | Over medium high heat bring the vegetables to a boil and boil gently for about 20 minutes. | | 2 | In a covered blender (food processor) and a portion at a time process until smooth. | | 3 | Strain and discard pulp. | | 4 | Add seasonings and bring to just under boiling if canning, or chill and freeze. | | 5 | Yield about 6 quarts. | | 6 | Source sunset 1974 |
