Ingredients:

| cup | Flour, all-purpose | | 1 2/3
| cup | Sugar | | 2
| tsp | Baking soda | | 2
| tsp | Pumpkin pie spice | | 1
| tsp | Baking powder | | 3/4
| tsp | Salt | | 16
| oz | Whole berry cranberry sauce | | 16
| oz | Pumpkin, solid pack can | | 3/4
| cup | Pecans | | 2/3
| cup | Vegetable oil | | 4
| | Eggs |

Procedures:
| 1 | In large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, salt and baking powder. | | 2 | In second bowl, stir together remaining ingredients until well mixed. | | 3 | Add pumpkin mixture to flour mixture and stir until all ingredients are well moistened. | | 4 | Pour batter into loaf pans. | | 5 | Bake at 350 °F for 65 minutes or until breads test done with wooden pick. | | 6 | Cool in pans 10 minutes then remove to cooling racks. | | 7 | Completely cool breads then drizzle glaze over top and sides. | | 8 | **glaze: in small bowl, with fork, mix 1 cup powdered sugar, ?cup undiluted orange juiceconcentrate and 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice until smooth. | | 9 | Drizzle over cooled breads. | | 10 | Makes ?cup glaze. |
