Waffles (with variations)(quick)

Ingredients:
1 3/4 cupFlour
1 tbspBaking powder
1/4 tspSalt
2 Egg yolks, beaten slightly
1 3/4 cupMilk
1/2 cupCooking oil
2 Egg whites, beaten fluffy
Procedures:
1In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt.
2In another bowl beat egg yolks slightly.
3Add milk and oil and beat until mixed.
4Add yolk mixture to flour mixture all at once.
5Stir just until combined.
6In a small bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
7Gently fold into flour mixture.
8Do not over mix! pour ?cup mixture into preheated waffle maker and cook according to manufacturers instructions.
9When done lift waffle out of maker with a fork.
10Makes 5 or 6 waffles.
11Easy waffles: prepare as above but do not separate eggs.
12In a bowl beat whole eggs slightly.
13Beat in milk and oil.
14Add to flour mixture and stir slightly.
15Chocolate waffles: prepare as above, but reduce flour to 1 ?cups and add 1/3 cup cocoa and 1/3 cup sugar to the flour mix.
16Add 1 ts vanilla to the egg mix.
17Cinnamon waffles: prepare as above but add ?ts cinnamon to the flour mixture.
18Buttermilk waffles: prepare as above but subsitute 2 cups buttermilk for regular milk.
19Note: bake for 2 ?minutes in betty crocker waffle baker.
20There will still be a little steam but the waffle will be done unless you prefer it to be very crisp.
