Ingredients:
1 cupRegular oats, uncooked
3/4 cupWhole-wheat flour
1/2 cupWheat germ
3/4 tspCinnamon
1/4 tspSalt (optional)
1/4 cupVegetable oil
1/4 cupHoney or substitute
2 tbspOrange juice
1/4 cupFlaked coconut
2 tbspSliced almonds
Procedures:
1This is ?original recipe.
2mix first 5 ingredients in electric mixer.
3Combine oil, honey, and juice and pour over mixture.
4Mix until completely blended.
5spread evenly in a shallow pan and bake in 250°F oven for 45 minutes.
6Stir in coconut and almonds and bake 30 minutes more.
7Cool and stir in raisins.
