Peanutty berry bars

Ingredients:
10 ozStrawberries, frozen, thawed
1 xAnd drained
8 ozCheese, cream, softened
1/4 cupSugar
1 ea Gelatine, unflavored (envel)
1/4 cupMilk, skim
PEANUTTY CRUST
1 tbspMargarine
2 tbspPeanut butter
2 cupMarshmallows (4 oz) regular
1 xOr mini
2 cupCereal, rice, oven toasted
Procedures:
1In blender, puree strawberries.
2Add cream cheese and sugar; process until thoroughly blended.
3in small saucepan, sprinkle unflavored gelatine over milk; let stand 1 minute.
4Stir over low heat until gelatine is completely dissolved, about 3 minutes.
5While processing, through feed cap, gradually add gelatine mixture to blender and process until blended.
6Pour into large bowl.
7Chill, stirring occasionally, until mixture mounds slightly when dropped from spoon, about 50 minutes.
8Pour into peanutty crust; chill until firm, about 2 hours.
9To serve cut into squares.
10peanutty crust: in large saucepan, over low heat melt margarine and peanut butter.
11Stir in marshmallows until melted.
12Stir in rice cereal.
13Quickly turn into 9-inch pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray.
14Press with greased spatula into bottom; chill.
15substitution: use 10 oz frozen raspberries, thawed and drained.
16Puree as above; strain, if desired , and return to blender.
17Increase sugar to ?cup.
