Ingredients:

| each | Pears, sliced | | 3
| tbsp | Lemon juice | | 3/4
| cup | White unbleached flour | | 1
| tbsp | Honey | | 1/4
| cup | Butter | | 1
| each | Egg, beaten | | 1/2
| tsp | Vanilla | | 1/4
| cup | Walnuts, broken |

Procedures:
| 1 | Place sliced pears in 8-inch square baking dish; sprinkle with lemon juice. | | 2 | In a bowl, cut together the flour, honey and butter. | | 3 | Make a well in the flour mixture, add the egg and vanilla, and mix until mixture is crumbly. | | 4 | Sprinkle the crumb mix over the pears. | | 5 | Bake at 350 °F for 30 minutes. | | 6 | Serve warm or cold. | | 7 | Serves 9 |
