1 Onion, fine chopped
1/2 cupScallion, finely chopped
2 tspGround thyme
2 tspSalt
1 tspAllspice
1/4 tspGround nutmeg
1/2 tspGround cinnamon
4 Hot peppers, finely ground
1 tspBlack pepper
Procedures:

2Mix together all the ingredients to make a paste.
