Ingredients:
1 tbspBrown sugar
1 tbspWater
1 1-inch piece cinnamon stick
2/3 cupApple cider, milk or water
1 1/2 oz(1 jigger) rum
1 tspButter or margarine
Ground nutmeg
Procedures:
1Dissolve sugar in water and apple cider in a heat-resistant, non-metallic mug or cup.
2Add cinnamon stick.
3Heat, uncovered, in microwave oven 1 to 2 minutes or until it comes to a boil.
4Stir in rum.
5Top with butter and a sprinkling of ground nutmeg
