Ingredients:
9 largeDried red chilies
7 Shallots, chopped
6 clGarlic
2 tspCoriander roots
15 Pepper corns
3 Slivers galangal
2 Stalks lemon grass, chopped
1 tbspCoriander seeds
1 tbspCumin seeds
1 tspShrimp paste
1 tspSalt
Procedures:
1Coarsely chop the chilies and soak in water for 10 minutes.
2Drain.
3Pound together all the ingredients to produce a fine paste.
