Ingredients:

| cup | Milk, scalded | | 2
| oz | (2 squares) unsweetened | | | Chocolate, quartered | | 1/4
| cup | Sugar | | 1
| tsp | Vanilla | | 1
| dash | Salt |

Procedures:
| 1 | Rinse an electic blender container with hot water. | | 2 | Put into container=7f about ?cup scalded milk, chocolate, sugar, vanilla and salt. | | 3 | Cover and blend about 1 minute, or until smooth and color is even throughout. | | 4 | Add remaining scalded milk and blend until thoroughly mixed. | | 5 | Serve immediately |
