| cup | Apple Juice | | 2
| tbsp | Lemon Juice | | 2
| cup | Red Apples, Chopped | | 1/2
| cup | Carrots, Pared And Shredded2 | | 1/2
| cup | Celery, Thinly Sliced | | 1/2
| cup | Walnuts, Chopped | | 1/4
| cup | Raisins | | | HONEY DRESSING | | 1/2
| cup | Mayonnaise | | 1
| tbsp | Honey | | 1
| tbsp | Lemon Juice |

Procedures:
| 1 | Soften the gelatin in ?cup apple juice in a 2-quart saucepan. | | 2 | Add the remaining apple juice and cook over low heat until the gelatin is completely dissolved. | | 3 | Sir in the lemon juice. | | 4 | Refrigerate for 45 to 60 minutes or until thick and syrupy. | | 5 | Fold in the apple, carrot, celery, walnuts and raisins. | | 6 | Pour into a 6-cup mold. | | 7 | Refrigerate for 2 to 2 ?hours or until set. | | 8 | Meanwhile, prepare the honey dressing. | | 9 | to serve: | | 10 | unmold the gelatin mixture and spoon the honey dressing over the top. | | 11 | honey dressing: | | 12 | combine all of the ingredients, blending well. | | 13 | Refrigerate until serving time. |
