Apricot glazed carrots

Ingredients:
4 cupCarrots, sliced
3 tbspButter (or marg.), melted
1/2 cupArpicot preserves
1/4 tspSalt
1/4 tspOrange rind, grated
1/4 tspNutmeg, ground
2 tspLemon juice
Procedures:
1Cook carrots until tender in enough salted water to cover (about 20 minutes); drain.
2Combine remaining ingredients, stirring until well blended.
3Spoon over carrots, and toss well.
