| tsp | Kosher salt | | 1/2
| tsp | Cinnamon | | 1/2
| tsp | Ground pepper | | 5
| lbs | Sweet potatoes, peeled and | | | -sliced ? thick | | 4
| large | Carrots, pared and sliced | | 1/4
| cup | Pitted prunes |

Procedures:
