Ingredients:
1 lbsTo 1 ?lb fresh Asparapus
1 cupWater
2 tbspFresh lime juice
1/4 cupDiced pimento
1 tbspToasted pine nuts
Procedures:
1Rinse asparagus and snap off tough ends.
2In a large skillet, bring to a boil and add asparagus.
3Cover and steam asparagus until bright green, 2 to 3 minutes.
4Remove from heat, drain and arrange on a platter.
5Sprinkle with lime juice; garnish with pimento and pine nuts.
6Serve warm or chilled.
