Asparagus with roasted red peppers

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cupAsparagus
1 medRed pepper
1 tspFreshly minced garlic
1 tspBalsamic vinegar
-Salt
-Pepper
Procedures:
1Remove hard bottom stem of asparagus and slice rest of stalk into approximately 1-inch pieces.
2Blanch asparagus and put into-cold water to stop it from cooking further.
3Drain and set aside.
4roast red pepper in 500 [degrees] oven for 20-30 minutes, turning occasionally.
5When skin has darkened and blistered, remove pepper from oven.
6Transfer to bowl and cover with aluminum foil.
7Let cool 30 minutes, then peel off skin and seed pepper.
8Slice into julienne strips and toss ?cup roasted pepper with garlic and vinegar.
9Let marinate a few minutes, then toss peppers with asparagus.
10Add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
