| | Squares semi-sweet chocolate | | 1

| tbsp | Water, hot | | 1 3/4
| cup | Confectioners sugar |

Procedures:
| 1 | Mix cake as directed on box. | | 2 | Bake in a greased and floured jelly roll pan at 350°F for 15 minutes. | | 3 | Filling: cook flour and milk until thickened. | | 4 | Cool. | | 5 | Add sugar, margarine and shortening. | | 6 | Beat at high speed for 8-10 minutes. | | 7 | Spread on cake and chill well. | | 8 | Frosting: melt margarine and cool slightly. | | 9 | Add melted chocolate squares, vanilla, egg, water and confectioners" sugar. | | 10 | Beat by hand. | | 11 | Frost cake |
