Ingredients:
1 packChocolate fudge cake mix
FILLING
5 tbspFlour
1 1/2 cupMilk
1/2 cupMargarine
1/2 cupSolid shortening
1 cupSugar
FROSTING
1/2 cupMargarine
1 Egg
3 Squares semi-sweet chocolate
1 tspVanilla
2 1/2 tbspWater, hot
1 3/4 cupConfectioners sugar
Procedures:
1Mix cake as directed on box.
2Bake in a greased and floured jelly roll pan at 350°F for 15 minutes.
3Filling: cook flour and milk until thickened.
4Cool.
5Add sugar, margarine and shortening.
6Beat at high speed for 8-10 minutes.
7Spread on cake and chill well.
8Frosting: melt margarine and cool slightly.
9Add melted chocolate squares, vanilla, egg, water and confectioners" sugar.
10Beat by hand.
