Ingredients:

| ml | Half tsp ground turmeric. | | 1 1/4
| ml | Quarter tsp chili powder. | | 5
| ml | 1 tsp ground coriander. | | 5
| ml | 1 tsp garam masala. | | 5
| ml | 1 tsp paprika. | | 1
| large | Clove garlic, crushed. |
