| cup | Chopped onion | | 1

| tbsp | Dark brown sugar | | 2
| tbsp | Catsup | | 2
| tbsp | Molasses | | 1/2
| tsp | Dry mustard | | 4
| slice | Bacon, diced and cooked |

Procedures:
| 1 | In saucepan, combine lentils, water, onion, and salt. | | 2 | Bring to a boil; cover and simmer 45 minutes. | | 3 | Stir in remaining ingredients. | | 4 | Turn into 1-quart casserole dish and bake at 350°F for 1 hour and 15 minutes. | | 5 | Stir occasionally. |
