Ingredients:
1 Eggplant
-Barbecue Sauce
-salt
Procedures:
1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2Peel and cut the eggplant into 1/3-inch thick slices.
3Salt the slices.
4Place on a rack or colander and let stand for 30 minutes.
5Wipe off salt with a clean kitchen towel.
6Lay the slices out on a lightly oiled baking sheet.
7Brush on barbecue sauce.
8Bake for 15 minutes.
9Turn over, brush with barbecue sauce, and bake for 15 minutes more or until the eggplant is tender but not mushy
