Ingredients:
17 ozCorn, canned
16 ozGreen beans, canned --
French style
8 1/2 ozPeas, canned
2 ozPimientos -- chopped
4 Stalks celery -- chopped
1 ea Green pepper -- chopped
1 ea Onion -- chopped
2/3 cupVegetable oil
2 tbspWater
1 1/2 cupSugar
Procedures:
1Combine corn, green beans, pimiento, celery, green pepper, and onion in a large bowl, tossing lightly.
2Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
3combine vinegar, oil, water, and sugar; mix well.
4Pour over vegetable mixture.
5Cover and refrigerate at least 24 hours.
6Drain and serve in a lettuce-lined bowl.
