| oz | Pimientos -- chopped | | 4
| | Stalks celery -- chopped | | | 1 ea Green pepper -- chopped | | | 1 ea Onion -- chopped | | 2/3
| cup | Vegetable oil | | 2
| tbsp | Water | | 1 1/2
| cup | Sugar |

Procedures:
