Ingredients:
1 canCampbell's NEW Cheddar
-Cheese Soup (10 ?oz)
2 tbspSour cream or yogurt
1/2 tbspDijon-style mustard
1 cupCooked broccoli flowerets
4 Hot baked potatoes, split
Procedures:
1Prep time: 10 minutes.
2Cook time: 10 minutes
3In 1 ?quart saucepan, combine soup, sour cream and mustard; add broccoli.
4Heat through, stirring occasionally.
5Serve over potatoes.
6Garnish with chopped sweet red pepper if desired.
7tip: to bake potatoes: using fork, pierce each potato; bake at 400°F.
