Ingredients:
1 cupCherries, dark, sweet*
2 tbspBasil, chopped fresh
1 tbspGreen pepper, finely chopped
1 tspLemon juice
1/4 tspWorcestershire sauce
1/4 tspLemon peel, grated
1/8 tspSalt
1/8 tspTabasco Sauce
Procedures:
1Pit and chop the fresh or frozen dark sweet cherries and combine with all other ingredients; refrigerate at least 1 hour.
2Serve as a condiment with chicken; turkey or pork.
3Yield: ?cup.
