Cheesy spinach

Ingredients:
1 largeBunch spinach or other leafy
Greens
2 Onions, chopped
3 largeCloves fresh garlic, minced
1 cupCooked brown rice
1/3 cupGrated cheese
2 tbspSoy sauce
Procedures:
1Clean spinach leaves well, remove stems and chop leaves and stems separately.
2In wok or skillet, saute stems, onion and garlic until onions are translucent.
3Stir in cooked rice.
4Lay spinach leaves on top of rice mixture.
5Cover pan and cook until spinach is wilted.
6Stir leaves into the rice mixture.
7Add the cheese and season to taste with soy sauce.
8Stir until the cheese melts and holds mixture together.
