Dulse fried oyster mushrooms

Ingredients:
FLOUR MIXTURE
1 tspDulse flakes, pulverized
1/2 tspGarlic powder
1/4 cupAll-purpose flour
Salt & black pepper
LIQUID MIXTURE
1/2 tspDulse flakes
1/4 tspGarlic powder
1/2 cupWater
BREAD CRUMB MIXTURE
2 cupFresh breadcrumbs
4 tspDulse flakes
1/2 tspGarlic powder
1 1/2 cupSafflower oil
4 ozOyster mushrooms, rinsed
Procedures:
1Combine the ingredients for the three mixtures separately & set aside.
2Line a baking sheet with absorbent towels.
3Heat oil to 350f in a medium-sized saucepan, about 5 minutes over medium heat.
4Dredge mushrooms in flour mixture.
5Shake off excess flour & dunk in the liquid, before rolling in the breadcrumbs.
6Fry in the hot oil for 45 seconds each side, they should be golden brown.
7Drain & serve.
