Ingredients:
4 medSize potatoes
2 tspCumin seeds
1 tspSalt
2 tspMango powder
1/4 tspHot pepper
2 tspGaram masala
Oil (to fill pan to 2")
Procedures:
1Recipe by: somesh rao Boil potatoes until cooked but not overdone.
2Peel and cut into ? cubes.
3Heat oil very hot, add and brown cumin seeds.
4Add potatoes and fry until they are golden brown.
5Add the remaining ingredients and fry for 2-3 minutes.
