Ingredients:
3 tbspEDEN Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 largeOnion, chopped
3 Cloves garlic, pressed
15 ozCan EDEN Kidney Beans
-OR- Pinto or Navy Beans
1/2 cupEDEN Crushed Tomatoes
1 tbspEDEN Barley Malt
1 tbspEDEN Shoyu (to taste)
1 tbspEDEN Hot Mustard
Procedures:
1Heat oil and saute onion and garlic.
2Place in a casserole dish with remaining ingredients.
3Bake covered at 350°F for 20-30 minutes.
4prep time: 10 minutes cooking time: 25 minutes
