Ingredients:

| can | Low sodium chicken broth | | | -(10 ?oz ea) | | 1
| cup | Converted long grain rice | | 6
| tbsp | Molly McButter Butter Flavor | | | -Sprinkles | | 1 1/2
| cup | Small broccoli florettes | | 2/3
| cup | Cross-cut carrot slices | | 1 1/2
| cup | Julienne cut red bell pepper | | 3
| tbsp | Minced fresh parsley | | | Freshly gorund black pepper |

Procedures:
| 1 | In a medium non-stick saucepan, bring broth to boil. | | 2 | Add rice. | | 3 | Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and simmer 10 minutes. | | 4 | Stir in 4 tablespoons molly mcbutter, and all vegetables. | | 5 | Cover, continue cooking 10 minutes. | | 6 | Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes, or until water is absorbed. | | 7 | Sprinkle with remaining molly mcbutter and pepper to taste. | | 8 | Fluff with fork and serve. | | 9 | Makes 8 servings. |
