Fruit stuffed acorn squash

Ingredients:
1 smallAcorn squash
1 cupWater, boiling
1 medApple, chopped
1/4 cupOrange juice
1 tbspBrown sugar
1 tspMargarine, non-dairy, melted
1/4 tspNutmeg, ground
1/2 tspCinnamon, ground
Procedures:
1Cut squash in half and remove seeds.
2Place squash, cut side down, in shallow baking dish.
3Add boiling water.
4Cover and bake at 350 °F for 35 to 45 minutes or until tender.
5Turn cut side up; set aside.
6Combine remaining ingredients and spoon into squash halves.
7Cover and bake an additional 15 minutes.
8makes 4 servings.
