Garlicky portobello mushrooms

Ingredients:
3 tbspMargarine
4 tbspOlive oil
1 tbspLemon juice
3 eachGarlic cloves, minced
Black pepper
12 largeFresh portobello mushrooms
-- washed & stems removed
Procedures:
1Melt the butter, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic & pepper together in a small pot or on the grill.
2Slice any mushrooms that are over 3 inches in diameter into strips.
3Brush the mushrooms generously with the melted mixture.
4On a covered grill, over medium-hot coals, grill the mushrooms upside down for about 8 minutes.
5Trun & grill the tops for another 8 minutes.
6The mushrooms should be very tender & well browned.
