Ingredients:
3/4 lbsFresh carrots
1/2 cupChicken broth
Dash onion powder
2 tbspFresh lemon juice
1/2 tspGround ginger
1 tbspFresh parsley, chopped
1 tbspWhipped butter
Procedures:
1Cut carrots in matchstick slices or thin rounds.
2Place in a saucepan with broth and onion powder.
3Cook 15 minutes or until tender.
4Drain, add remaining ingredients and toss lightly.
