Ingredients:
1 cupCarrot juice
1 cupVegetable broth
1 tbspMargarine or butter
1/4 tbspSalt
1 cupCouscous
1 tbspLemon juice
2 tbspFinely chopped fresh dill
Procedures:
1In a medium saucepan, combine the carrot juice, broth, margarine and salt.
2Bring to a boil and stir in the couscous.
3Bring back to a boil, cover and remove from the heat.
4Let sit 10 minutes.
5Stir in the lemon juice and dill just before serving
