Ingredients:

| cup | Carrot juice | | 1
| cup | Vegetable broth | | 1
| tbsp | Margarine or butter | | 1/4
| tbsp | Salt | | 1
| cup | Couscous | | 1
| tbsp | Lemon juice | | 2
| tbsp | Finely chopped fresh dill |

Procedures:
| 1 | In a medium saucepan, combine the carrot juice, broth, margarine and salt. | | 2 | Bring to a boil and stir in the couscous. | | 3 | Bring back to a boil, cover and remove from the heat. | | 4 | Let sit 10 minutes. | | 5 | Stir in the lemon juice and dill just before serving |
