Ingredients:
1 cupWater
2 cupGreen peas, fresh or frozen
1 tspVegetable oil
4 largeMushrooms, sliced
3 Green onions, chopped
1 tbspLow-sodium soy sauce
Procedures:
1In a saucepan, bring water to a boil, add peas and cook 5 minutes or until just tender.
2Drain.
3Meanwhile, heat oil in a non-stick skillet and saute mushrooms and green onions until tender.
4Combine with peas and toss with soy sauce.
