Ingredients:
1/2 lbsZucchini
1/2 lbsYellow summer squash
1 clGarlic, minced
1 tspDried Leaf Oregano
1/4 tspPepper
1 tspVirgin olive oil
Procedures:
1Slice zucchini and squash in thin rounds.
2Mix with garlic, oregano, and pepper, and place in a steamer basket over boiling water.
3Cover and steam 2 minutes or until just tender.
4Remove from basket to serving bowl and toss with oil.
