Grilled red onions

Ingredients:
4 Medium red onion
2 tbspWorcestershire sauce
2 tbspBalsamic vinegar
2 tbspSoy sauce
2 tbspOlive oil
3/4 tspPepper
Procedures:
1Cut ?inch slice off top and bottom of each onion and discard.
2Cut onions in half crosswise.
3Arrange onions in single layer in shallow dish.
4Whisk worcestershire, vinegar, soy sauce and oil in bowl.
5Pour over onions and let stand at room temperature 1 hour, basting occasionally.
6prepare barbecue (medium-high heat).
7Arrange onions on grill.
8Cover grill and cook onions until brown, basting occasionally, about 4 minutes per side.
9Using large spatula, transfer onions to platter.
10Season with pepper.
