Honey fig acorn squash

Ingredients:
2 Acorn squash
-- halved lengthwise, seeded
3 tbspButter
1/3 cupHoney
3/4 cupDried Calif. Figs, chopped
1/3 cupAlmonds, chopped
1/2 tspCinnamon
1/4 tspNutmeg
Procedures:
1Place squash cut sides down in medium baking pan.
2Add boiling water to a depth of ?inch.
3Cover with foil.
4Bake at 350 degrees 30 minutes, until just cooked through but still firm.
5Carefully remove foil and pour off water.
6In small saucepan, melt butter over low heat, stir in honey, figs, almonds, cinnamon and nutmeg.
7Turn squash cut sides up and fill with fig mixture.
8Bake uncovered, 20 to 25 minutes longer, until squash is tender and filling is bubbly.
