| small | Bay leaf | | 2 1/2
| cup | Water | | 1

| tsp | Dry mustard | | 1/8
| tsp | Powdered ginger | | 1 1/2
| tsp | Tamari | | 1/4
| cup | Chopped onion | | 1/2
| cup | Water | | | OTHER INGREDIENTS | | 1/4
| cup | Honey |

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine first 4 ingredients in a saucepan. | | 2 | Bring to a boil. | | 3 | Cover tightly and reduce heat. | | 4 | Simmer 30 minutes. | | 5 | Do not drain. | | 6 | Discard bay leaf. | | 7 | preheat oven to 350. | | 8 | combine remaining 5 ingredients separately and add to lentils. | | 9 | place lentils in casserole dish and pour honey over top. | | 10 | Cover tightly and bake 1 hour. | | 11 | Uncover last 10 minutes. |
