Ingredients:
2 1/2 lbsChicken Wings (12 to 15)
6 tbsp(3oz) Texas Pete Hot Sauce *
4 tbsp(2oz) Butter or Margarine
Procedures:
1* for real spicy wing, use tabasco sauce cut wings at all joints.
2Discard wing tips.
3Place the 24 to 30 pieces in absorbent paper towels to dry.
4Deep fryer: 375?8-10 mins or until crispy.
5Oven: spread wings in single layer on cookie sheet.
6Bake at 450?for 25 mins.
7Melt butter/margarine in sauce pan.
8Add hot sauce and stir well.
9Place cooked wings in covered bowl.
10Pour sauce over wings.
11Place lid on bowl and bowl.
12Place on plate covered with paper towel.
13Serve immediately.
