Ingredients:
4 largeCarrots, cut diagonally
3 tbspHoney
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cupWater
Parsley for garnish
Procedures:
1In a medium saucepan, bring carrots, honey and water to a boil.
2Reduce heat to low.
3Cover, with lid slightly ajar, and simmer until water is cooked away and carrots are tender.
4Season with salt and pepper.
5Garnish with parsley.
