Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbsParsnips, peeled and
-diagonally sliced into
-? pieces
3/4 cupWater
1/2 tspSalt
2 tbspButter
1 tbspHoney
1/4 cupOrange Juice
1 tspOrange Peel, grated
Procedures:
1In a saucepan, cook parsnips in water and salt over medium heat until fork-tender, about 10 minutes.
2Drain and remove from pan.
3In same pan heat butter, honey, juice and orange peel together; toss with parsnips and a little salt, if desired.
