Ingredients:
1 Bay leaf
1 cupWater
2 tbspWine vinegar
1/2 cupCorn
1/2 cupBroccoli flowerets
1/2 cupCarrot
1/2 cupCauliflowerets
1/4 cupPiniento, chopped
Salt to TASTE(very little

Fresh ground pepper
Procedures:
1Ecombine bay leaf, water, wine vinegar in medium saucepan.
2Bring to a boil; add vegetables.
3Simmer(steam for me) until vegetables are tender.
4If you must simmer, drain, remove bay leaf.
